Halil Guvenc was born on 28 February 1982 in Antalya. He got his B.Sc. degree from Uludağ University Electronics Engineering, M.Sc. degree from Anadolu University Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In his master’s thesis, he developed a face recognition program with 98.6% recognition success with the common vector method. Graduation work, Master thesis, 1 publication, 2 studies published in various institutions. At Türk Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. company has worked as engineer, expert and manager positions about 10 years. He is currently a PhD student at the Institute of Natural and Applied Sciences in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Akdeniz University, married and father of one child.
